Skilled Trades Partners is now hiring a Superintendent for a fast-growing construction company based in the Scarborough, ME area!

Responsibilities:

• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring that all safety regulations are met at all times.
• Coordinate with project manager to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the project moves forward successfully.
• Ensure that quality standards are met at all times.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and to specifications.
• Ensure that quality standards are met at all times.

• Ensure that all projects move forward successfully by meeting financial goals and meeting client expectations.
• Manage staff time efficiently by following company policies and procedures, including those related to work scheduling, time management, delegation, communication, conflict resolution, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety procedures and making sure everyone is safe at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualified candidates will have:

• At least 10 years of commercial construction experience 
• Previous experience managing projects in the healthcare and life sciences sector is preferred   
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam and other related softwares is preferred 
• Osha 30 certified 
• Collaborative, will take ownership and is a team player
• Can-Do attitude
• Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
