Sales Operations Leader
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Operations Leader to optimize and scale our sales processes, systems, and performance. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by providing data-driven insights, improving sales efficiency, and aligning cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor with experience in managing high-performing sales operations teams. This role offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity for the right candidate to eventually step into the Operations Manager position, once they have demonstrated their capabilities and are fully confident in their responsibilities.
Pay $60,000-$70,000 a year
Location: South Windsor
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Drive annual sales planning, territory design, and quota allocation.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements across the sales cycle to enhance productivity and predictability.
- Standardize sales methodologies and enforce best practices.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales performance.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Oversee administration and optimization of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and related sales tools.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales operations team. OMIT

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven experience leading a Sales Ops team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
