Sales Rep – Construction (Newington, NH)

Looking to kick your sales career up a notch? We’re searching for a motivated, people-first Sales Representative who’s ready to grow with a fast-paced team in the construction industry. If you’ve got strong sales chops, love building relationships, and know your way around construction materials, this could be your next big move.

Base Pay: $55,000–$60,000 per year (plus commission!)

What You’ll Do:

• Spot and chase down new sales opportunities in your territory

• Build long-lasting relationships with new and returning customers

• Upsell and cross-sell like a pro

• Negotiate deals, pricing, and financing that make sense for everyone

• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves

• Collaborate with your team + keep projects organized in our management software

• Deliver amazing customer experiences from start to finish

• Hit (and crush) your sales targets

• Keep clean, accurate sales records

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (construction background = huge plus)

• Strong knowledge of building materials and the industry

• Top-notch communication skills + customer-first attitude

• Driven, goal-crushing, self-starter mentality

• Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel locally
