Rental Coordinator

We are looking for a Rental Coordinator to help manage rental equipment, assist customers, and keep things running smoothly. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with equipment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Equipment: Receive, distribute, and organize rental equipment and supplies
  • Track Inventory: Keep accurate records of equipment in the warehouse and yard
  • Inspect & Prepare Rentals:
    • Conduct pre-rental inspections
    • Complete necessary paperwork
    • Ensure equipment is clean, tagged, and ready to go
  • Check-In & Repairs:
    • Inspect returned equipment for damage
    • Tag and transport damaged equipment for repair
  • Keep Things Organized: Maintain a clean and well-ordered rental area
  • Assist Customers: Provide equipment instructions and demonstrations
  • Deliver & Pick Up Equipment: Help with transportation as needed
  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Wear proper gear and maintain a professional appearance

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for inventory tracking and cost calculations
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks (with or without accommodations)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must wear safety-toe boots and follow safety guidelines
  • Ability to pass a company-required drug screening if requested
