We are hiring a Project Manager for one of our commercial construction clients in the West Bridgewater, MA area! Our client is expanding quickly in the Northeast area. 

This position will be overseeing projects that range from $5M+ and above:

Responsibilities:

• In charge of all financial aspects of the project, including the issuance of prime and subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and the scope of work 
• Manages all materials, contracts, negotiations and buyout of the project 
• Ensure all safety equipment and aspects of the project are met 
• Manage clients, vendors and collaborate across departments to ensure project on time and in budget completion

Qualified candidates will have:

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Previous experience managing projects above $5M 
• Experience with Procore, Project, Bluebeam, Building Connected, Sage and other related softwares is preferred
• CAD  and Revit is a plus! 
• OSHA 10 certification 
• Collaborative and team player
• Can-Do attitude
• Able to multi task and switch gears quickly
