Job Description
Skilled Trades Partners is now hiring an Project Manager for a commercial mechanical company based out of South Windsor, CT. The ideal candidate has previous construction management experience, HVAC knowledge and/or sales.
*This is a direct placement opportunity*
Responsibilities:
- Visiting the commercial job sites/client on a regular basis
- Determine scope of work
- Estimating the work
- Selling the job
- Managing the job and manpower until completion
Requirements:
- 2 yrs+ of previous construction management experience or field work
- HVAC related experience is required
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Collaborative and willing to learn
- Available to start immediately!
Salary $70k - $100k DOE + car allowance and full benefits!
