Pay $23-28/hr

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs.
• Check and manage inventory for accuracy
• Work with vendors and the service department to ensure timely orders
• Process transactions and support the sales team
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to order special or out-of-stock parts.
• Organize and stock parts in the storeroom or showroom as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a parts counter, warehouse, or related role preferred.

• Basic mechanical knowledge or understanding of parts and equipment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
