We are looking for experienced Project Manager for a Commercial Company in Raynham MA. The Foreman directly manages the lead personnel/staff for each project they oversee.

Pay $70,000-$75,000 a year 

Daily Responsibilities

• Communication with General Superintendent regarding job progress, specific needs regarding manpower and equipment.
• Contact with job site crews to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
• Maintains safe working environment by identifying workplace hazards and conducts daily tailgate safety meetings.
• Maintains daily record keeping including daily logs, schedules, and timecards.
• Provides timely and accurate documentation for reporting safety issues, equipment damage and workplace injuries.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Being able to assist with ongoing project and provide ongoing assistance throughout the project. 

Requirements

• OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 required
• Previous experience with metal stud/drywall industry and familiar with lay out
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, reports, construction plans, construction specifications, and legal documents.
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iPad and iPhone.
• Ability to communicate information efficiently and effectively.
• Must be willing to travel (New England area)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
