Licensed Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings. You will work closely with project managers, other trades, and clients to ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, code requirements, and project deadlines.
Pay is $25-42 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Inspect electrical components for safety hazards and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams to complete jobs efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training a plus.
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
