We are hiring a Lead Superintendent for a highly reputable commercial construction company based in Laurel, MD with multiple divisions across the US. 

Responsibilities:

• In charge of delivering projects on-time and on-budget 
• Assists with the development of work schedules 
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors 
• Collaborate with Project Manager for planning and status updates
• Managing subcontractors and overall work site on a daily basis  
• Maintain punch list, project closeout, documentation and as-built drawings 
• Ensuring work site safety re-certification, training and quality of the project

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in construction as a Superintendent position 
• Previous experience managing projects above $5M 
• Osha 10 certification is required  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative, accountable and a team player 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related software 

Salary $105K-$145K DOE + Full Benefits
