Position Summary:
As the Lead Licensed Plumber, you will oversee and execute plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs for luxury residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure all projects meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-end residential plumbing projects.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Read blueprints and ensure all work meets plumbing codes.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients.
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience, preferably in high-end projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
