Job Description
- Managing the HR function of the company.
- Recruiting, hiring, on boarding, and performance management.
- Oversee the benefits program, which will include the administration of the benefits program and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a human resources strategy to support growth and maintain the company s culture of excellence.
- Leading and supporting new HRIS implementation
- Bachelor s degree in human resources management or related field preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience in HR functions
- Proficient in MS Suite
- HRIS platform implementation, UKG is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements within Worcester, MA and federal regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of organizational behavior, leadership, and management principles
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
