Heavy Equipment Operator – Tolland County, CT ($30-$35/hr + Full Benefits)
STP is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join one of our trusted Tolland County, CT contractors. This role involves residential site work and excavation, operating excavators and skid steers, with some general labor as needed. This is a Permanent Direct Hire Role!

What You’ll Do:
- Operate excavators and skid steers for residential site work and excavation
- Perform basic labor tasks as needed to support the crew
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers)
- Ability to handle some labor work when needed
- CDL-A a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
