Key Responsibilities:

• Prep & Inspect: Prepare rental equipment for customers by inspecting, cleaning, and addressing service needs.
• Maintain Standards: Clean machinery interiors and exteriors, ensuring they meet company standards using steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other tools.
• Safety First: Inspect equipment for safety concerns, including tire conditions, fluid levels, tracks, and overall machinery condition. Report any issues, such as warning lights or damages, promptly.
• Customer Assistance: Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly work area while ensuring the overall site appearance is welcoming and safe.
• Fuel & Stage: Refuel equipment and stage it in designated customer pick-up areas for easy access.
• Assembly Work: Assemble new equipment, ensuring it’s ready for customer use.
