We are looking for a Finish Carpenter in Pembrooke NH responsible for completing detailed carpentry work on construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and precise craftsmanship. This role involves installing trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and other final woodwork components according to project specifications and blueprints.

Pay $3-40 an hour 

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials with precision.

• Install baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, stair rails, and custom millwork.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure all finish work meets quality standards and client expectations.

• Repair, refinish, or replace damaged woodwork as needed.

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

• Collaborate with supervisors, builders, and other trades to complete projects on time.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
