Job Description
Skilled Trades Partners is now hiring an Estimator/Project Manager for a highly reputable company based out of Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate has previous experience estimating and/or construction management in the industrial and commercial construction field.
Responsibilities:
- Will work directly with clients on job sites
- Asses the scope of work of the job site
- Present the scope of work to the client and price the job
- Contact suppliers and vendors for material pricing
- Prepare estimates using estimating software in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in construction management and cost estimating
- Experience estimating across all sectors of construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift, OnScreen and/or TakeOff is highly preferred!
Salary $75-120K DOE + Full Benefits!
