We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Entry-Level Recruiter. This is a great opportunity to start a career in recruiting while utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills. This is an in-office role in Sturbridge Ma. 

Pay $20-25 an hour 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Serve as a first point of contact for candidates and clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the company
• Assist in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
• Document all communications and maintain accurate records in the system

Recruiting Support

• Answering phones and working with team to fill orders
• Review and screen resume for basic qualifications
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings with potential candidates
• Assist in coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
• Maintain candidate database and update status reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems (a plus, but not required)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruiting field
