Job Description
Looking to hire a Site Supervisors around Boston Ma.
Location include- Lexington, Revere, Cambridge, Stoneham
Candidate should have 5 years of construction field experience and at least 2 years of Supervising experience. Looking for someone who can supervise all site activities and maintain safety compliance at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Project Manager, the supervisor will establish work plans, prepare work schedules and employee assignments for each job
- Maintains a safe working environment at all times for crew members and adheres to OSHA safety standards
- Anticipates problems and proactively comes up with solutions
- Ensures that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
- Maintains a daily report record of daily tasks on each project
- Tracks hours of each employee on the project and reports to the office
- Makes sure any tools and materials needed for a project are on site ahead of time
