We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Farmington CT area to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will lead and support field teams, work closely with clients and subcontractors, and keep leadership updated on project progress.

Pay $100,000 to $140,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to closeout.
• Supervise and support field staff, including Superintendents, Engineers, and Accountants.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve issues, track progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support estimating and bidding efforts for future projects.
• Promote team development and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, contracts, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Viewpoint, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
