The Foreman role is one of the site leaders, coaches, negotiators, facilitators, and arbitrators. The leadership displayed by this individual is critical to the Project’s success. Responsibilities

• Understanding and implementing the field Standard Operating Procedures in daily activities.
• Is knowledgeable of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Always respects the client and maintains a “whatever it takes” attitude to address the client’s needs.
• Manage and document all day-to-day job site activities.
• Direct project personnel according to the project plan and/or the direction of the Field Manager
• Provide feedback on the performance for team members and mentor less experienced staff
• Communicate issues, events, performance, and job progress daily to the Field Manager
• Request advice and assistance as needed from the Field Manager and/or Project Manager on matters pertaining to materials, sequencing, scheduling, and personnel
• Establish effective working relationships with the entire team.
