We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter for High end residential work in the Middletown CT area. 

Pay-$25-35 

Preferred candidates will have at least 3+ years' experience in general and finish woodworking/ carpentry, including:

• Install custom mill work, paneling, and architectural elements.

• Work with a variety of materials including exotic woods, veneers, hardwoods, and engineered products.

• Perform all phases of finish and trim carpentry, including doors, windows, crown molding, baseboards, cabinetry, and staircases.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure alignment with design intent and timelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential carpentry, with at least 2 years in high-end or custom homes.

• Strong portfolio of finished carpentry and mill work projects.

• Proficient in reading architectural drawings and construction documents.

• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
