Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent in Binghamton NY to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising crews, subcontractors, and on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and direct daily construction activities for crews, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain project schedules, including weekly 3-week look-ahead schedules.
- Lead safety meetings and enforce all safety policies.
- Review submittals, manage jobsite documentation, and support project closeout.
- Work closely with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Conduct regular subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication with all parties.
- Resolve jobsite issues, punch lists, and change orders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of construction experience, with proven success as a Lead Superintendent.
- Experience supervising projects in at least 4 of these markets: retail, multifamily, education, healthcare, senior living, schools, federal, or mixed-use.
- Experience with at least 3 structural systems (steel, wood/timber, cast-in-place, precast, or cold-formed metal framing).
- Experience with multiple delivery methods, including GMP and lump sum; design-build a plus.
- Led projects $15M+ (including phased projects in occupied facilities) and at least one project $25M+.
- Strong knowledge of plans, specs, job cost control, scheduling, and MEP systems.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and jobsite management software.
